What You'll Do:
• We offer Full-time opportunities across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
• Competitive base pay ranging from $41.44 to $42.56 per hour, with shift differentials up to $51.56 an hour.
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and comfort of our residents by:
• Assessing patient conditions and developing personalized care plans.
• Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Monitoring and documenting vital signs and medical information.
• Providing wound care and other essential nursing interventions.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
• Supervising and mentoring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in providing exceptional care.
