Job Description

Description • Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs. • Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions. • Conduct patient and family teaching throughout the rehabilitation stay and prior to discharge. • Provide care appropriate to the condition of the patient. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress. • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards. Shift: • Full Time • 3:00 pm - 11:00 PM Qualifications • Candidate must be a Registered Nurse with current MS licensure • Current BLS is required. • CRRN and ACLS are preferred.
