Shift Options • Night shift. • Full-Time or Part - Time, (11 p.m. – 7 a.m.), with every other weekend required. • 8-hour shifts to support work-life balance. Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN) • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation. • Supervise daily nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants. • Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly notify physicians of any changes. • Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional care.
