Position: Registered Nurse (RN) As an RN with Greater Baltimore Homecare LLC, you will play a pivotal role in the planning and provision of direct nursing care. This includes assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care. Job Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive assessments of client health needs. • Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with clients and other health care providers. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. • Monitor clients for changes in condition and adjust care plans accordingly. • Educate clients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention. • Coordinate with multidisciplinary team members to provide top-notch care. • Maintain detailed and accurate client records.
