Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Job Details:
Seeking an experienced RN Educator/Infection Control Nurse to lead staff education, orientation, competencies, and infection prevention programs in a long-term care setting. Small unit ONLY 18 beds!
Responsible for CDC-compliant infection control, CMS/PA DOH regulatory compliance, QAPI reporting, and ongoing staff development.
• Active Pennsylvania RN license
• CDC-certified Infection Preventionist
• Long-term care experience
• PointClickCare & Relias experience
• Strong leadership, training, and communication skills
• COVID-19 & Flu vaccination required
Key Focus Areas:
• Staff orientation, annual education & competencies
• Infection prevention, surveillance & reporting
• Regulatory compliance & quality improvement (QAPI)
• Interdisciplinary collaboration & staff development

RN - (ADON) Requirements:
• PA RN License Required
• Minimum 1 years' recent ADON experience in a Skilled Nursing setting
• Knowledge of federal and PA state skilled nursing regulations is required
