Registered Nurse (RN) - Adult Day Care
Location: Springfield, Massachusetts
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift | Full-Time (40 Hours)
Wage: $38-40/hour
Bilingual Preferred: English & Spanish

Sevita is excited to announce we are hiring a dynamic Registered Nurse to join our Adult Day Health team! We are looking for a reliable self-starter with a strong nursing background. Our RNs provide direct care and support overall patient health, making a real impact on the lives of those we serve.
What You’ll Do
• Review and update patient medical records.
• Provide treatment under the direction of a physician.
• Assist patients with prescribed medication.
• Measure and record patient temperatures.
• Triage patients who are ill, injured, or experiencing behavioral issues, ensuring a safe environment for all.
• Document patient care activities accurately in medical records.
• Complete administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and preparing reports.
• Keep medical records up-to-date and complete for each patient.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Education & Qualifications
• Current Massachusetts RN licensure required.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills to manage relationships with vendors and employees.
• A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.
