Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse, you will plan, coordinate, provide, and manage nursing care, services, and health education for our guests. Your key responsibilities will include: • Supervising the care provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members. • Administering safe and precise medication-related interventions. • Assessing guest health and communicating changes to the physician; promptly implementing new orders. • Developing personalized care plans based on assessments and implementing appropriate nursing care. • Selecting and administering nursing interventions to stabilize guests' conditions or prevent complications. • Contributing to resident assessments (MDS/CAA's) and care plan development. Qualifications • 1-3 years of experience in long-term care preferred. • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state. • Valid CPR certification.
