Department: 35125 Atrium Health Pineville - Nursing: NICU Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hours Per Week: 36 Schedule Details/Additional Information: • 3, 12-hour day shifts per week • Holiday rotation • Weekend rotation Pay Range $38.20 - $57.30 Where You Will Work: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU): Provides specialized nursing care for critically ill and premature newborns requiring advanced monitoring, respiratory support, and complex interventions. Nurses collaborate with neonatologists, APP's and interdisciplinary teams to deliver family-centered care in a high-acuity environment. Expectations We’re Looking For: • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - Recommended within 6 months of hire or per local or site-specific policy of standard of care.
