Responsibilities: In this new role as an Assistant Nurse Manager at Community Regional, you’ll apply the leadership and administrative skills you developed at the bedside to support a 47-bed combined Surgical Cardiac Progressive Care and Neuroscience unit. Serving patients with complex cardiac surgical and neuro comorbidities — including post-open heart, LVAD, trauma, epilepsy, and spinal injury — you’ll play a critical role in a fast-paced environment that thrives on collaboration and precision. As part of the only Level I Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center between Los Angeles and Sacramento, this is your opportunity to lead care that truly makes an impact across California.
