Key Responsibilities • Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents while maintaining the highest quality standards. • Supervise day-to-day activities of assigned nursing assistants. • Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations as directed by the Director of Nursing. • Ensure that all nursing personnel under your supervision comply with the facility’s written policies and procedures. Required Qualifications • Possession of an active RN license in the state of residence. • Current/active CPR Certification. • Customer service orientation and ability to work well under pressure. • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the capability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. • Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with strict adherence to confidentiality.
