Registered Nurse (RN) Full-Time & Part-Time | Day & Night Shifts (6A6P, 6P6A)

Your Role
As a Charge Nurse (RN), you will:
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents
• Supervise and support certified nursing assistants (CNAs)
• Ensure compliance with care standards and state/federal regulations
• Promote a safe, positive, and healing environment for residents and staff
Qualifications
• Active Iowa RN license (or ability to obtain)
• Current CPR certification
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations preferred
