Position Overview We are seeking a dependable, patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) who embodies our core values and takes pride in delivering structured, high-quality care. In this role, you will support and help manage our Medication Refill Visit Program — an important touchpoint in our patients’ continuity of care. You will sit in on and help facilitate medication refill visits conducted by Physician Assistant (PA) students as part of their clinical learning experience. Your presence ensures visits run smoothly, professionally, and in alignment with our standards of excellence. While the Clinical Director serves as the formal supervisor and preceptor for PA students, you will play a key role in maintaining visit flow, supporting the clinical environment, and ensuring each patient interaction reflects our commitment to attention and care. When PA students are not present, you will independently conduct refill visits, maintaining the same high standards and patient-centered approach. This role includes both in-person and telehealth visits, offering variety while maintaining consistency in care delivery. Key Responsibilities • Oversee the daily workflow of medication refill visits • Sit in on refill visits conducted by PA students • Help manage visit flow to ensure efficiency, professionalism, and completeness • Support a structured, patient-centered clinical environment • Conduct full medication refill visits independently when students are not present • Initiate and coordinate established escalation protocols for patients exhibiting increased psychiatric symptoms, safety concerns, or indications requiring a higher level of care • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of clinical findings and escalation actions within the EMR • Uphold company policies, regulatory requirements, and clinical safety standards Qualifications • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license • Experience in outpatient or behavioral health settings preferred • Comfortable conducting telehealth visits • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Professional, calm, and confident in patient-facing situations • Aligned with our core values of Happiness, Excellence, Attention, and Love Compensation & Benefits • $45–$50 per hour (based on experience) • Full-time W2 employment • Paid time off • Employee assistance program • Health insurance premium reimbursement • Comprehensive dental and vision insurance • Short and long-term disability plans • Company-paid basic life & AD&D insurance • Aflac supplemental insurance plans • 401(k) matching Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Employee assistance program • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Professional development assistance • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
