Pay Range: $32.00 - $48.00 (Actual pay rate dependent upon experience)

At the Avera Behavioral Health Center, we are looking for compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Adult C Unit. This dynamic position may also qualify for a Sign-On Bonus of up to $15,000!

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care by developing and implementing nursing diagnoses, care objectives, and interventions.
• Provide holistic support to patients, families, and friends, ensuring they comprehend health conditions and care instructions.
• Monitor patient progress, adapting care plans in response to changing needs.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment by adhering to all policies, protocols, and regulations.
• Document all patient care services accurately and timely.
Qualifications:
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice at the time of hire.
• 1-3 years of experience in a clinical environment is preferred.
