Signet Health is hiring RNs and LPNs with behavioral health experience to join the inpatient Behavioral Health team at Chambers Hospital in Danville, AR.
Pay Rates
RN: $30–$35/hr + $3/hr shift differential
LPN: $22–$27/hr + $2/hr shift differential
Pay based on experience | Sign-on bonus available
Schedule
• Full-time day shift
• Includes weekends & holidays

Requirements
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active Arkansas or compact RN/LPN license
• BLS required (ACLS preferred)
• Inpatient psychiatric experience preferred
• Knowledge of mental health conditions; willingness to learn
• De-escalation training a plus (training provided)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathetic, resilient, and calm under pressure
• Reliable team player with a professional attitude
