Pay Range: $32.50 - $48.50 (Actual pay rate dependent upon experience)
Position Highlights:
This position may be eligible for an $18,000 sign-on bonus with a 3-year commitment.
About The Link: The Link is a community triage center located in Sioux Falls that provides assistance to individuals experiencing non-violent behavioral health crises, seeking treatment for substance abuse disorders, or looking for support services. The center focuses on meeting individuals' needs for critical services and connects them to resources for addressing mental health or substance abuse challenges.

• Work with a dynamic group that includes physicians, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, paramedics, triage techs, social workers, and behavioral health techs.

• This Registered Nurse position may qualify for Avera's Student Loan Repayment Program, assisting you in paying off your loans with an additional monthly payment of $167 (up to $10,000).
Shift Details: 7:00am-7:00pm / 7:00pm-7:00am, 72 hours every two weeks.

Responsibilities Include:
• Deliver nursing care by developing a nursing diagnosis and care plan tailored to patient needs.
• Provide physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and their families.
• Teach patients and families about health requirements and self-care techniques.
• Evaluate patient care based on therapeutic standards and adapt care plans as necessary.
• Maintain a safe and healthy patient care environment by adhering to protocols and regulations.
• Document patient care services thoroughly.
• Ensure all patient care equipment is functioning and well-maintained.
• Oversee the inventory of patient care supplies and ensure readiness for use.
• Stay current with nursing practices and competencies as determined by leadership.
Essential Qualifications:
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice required upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience in a clinical environment.
