About the Brain Health Unit (BHU)
OurBrain Health Unitspecializes in caring for older adults withneurocognitive disordersandco-occurring medical conditions. The unit is comprised oftwo 30-bed unitswith a total capacity of 60 beds.
As part of aninterdisciplinary care team, you'll play a key role in assessing patients, managing medications, and developing individualized care plans that enhance quality of life and promote safe transitions of care.

What You'll Do
• Deliversafe, compassionate, age-appropriate careto patients and families
• Conduct and document comprehensive assessments and care plans
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated care
• Educate patients and families on disease processes and treatment plans
• Evaluate outcomes and continuously improve patient care delivery
What You'll Bring
• Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN)required;BSN preferred
• Minimum1 year of RN experience
• Active Maryland RN license(or compact state equivalent)
• BLS (AHA)certification
