About the Brain Health Unit (BHU) OurBrain Health Unitspecializes in caring for older adults withneurocognitive disordersandco-occurring medical conditions. The unit is comprised oftwo 30-bed unitswith a total capacity of 60 beds. As part of aninterdisciplinary care team, you'll play a key role in assessing patients, managing medications, and developing individualized care plans that enhance quality of life and promote safe transitions of care.
