Responsibilities: • Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies and state/federal regulations. • Monitor, document, and communicate changes in residents’ conditions. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support individualized care plans. • Supervise and support LPNs and LNAs to ensure quality resident outcomes. • Promote a positive, respectful, and safe environment for residents, families, and staff. Requirements: • Current NH Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. • Strong clinical and leadership skills. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. • Genuine passion for caring for seniors and improving quality of life.
