WORK LOCATION: Texas Health Allen--1105 N Central Expy, Allen, TX 75013
WORK HOURS: PRN Days. This is a PRN III and will require 6 shifts every 6 weeks with weekend and holiday requirements (if needed); On Call Required - Must live within a 30-minute drive for on call requirements.
CATH LAB DEPARTMENT HIGHLIGHTS:
Texas Health Allen is an accredited chest pain center with highly regarded heart and vascular services.
Our invasive cardiology department features state-of-the-art cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology labs equipped for a variety of minimally invasive procedures.
Our team of nurses, technicians, and cardiologists are known for prioritizing safe, high-quality care.
Our STEMI response team is also available around the clock to promptly treat patients experiencing acute heart attack and other urgent cardiovascular needs.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Diploma of Nursing OR Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
Other - CLIAFE; Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency required.
1 year experience as a registered nurse or completion of RN residency program.
1-year post graduate or recent experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab RN strongly preferred.
CVRN or CRRN highly preferred
RN - Registered Nurse upon hire required and
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required and
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days required and
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 90 days required.
