Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Cath Lab Location: Hackensack, NJ 07601 Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM, 36 hours/week (3x12), weekends and holidays as needed, on-call required Compensation: • Travel: $2,521.95 per week • Local: $2,070 per week Job Summary: "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Registered Nurse to evaluate patients and assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac and vascular procedures. This role requires strong clinical judgment, procedural expertise, and the ability to provide safe, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Evaluate patients and assist physicians before, during, and after procedures • Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient needs • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and establish priorities of care • Develop, coordinate, and update individualized care plans • Initiate assessments based on patient condition, physician diagnosis, and functional health framework • Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage patient care • Accurately document care according to standards and patient acuity • Advocate for evidence-based practice and support innovations in care delivery • Provide patient-centered care aligned with professional nursing standards • Perform additional duties as assigned Required Experience: • Cath Lab experience required • Minimum experience in cardiac and vascular procedures • CCL (Cardiac Cath Lab) experience required • Neuro procedure experience preferred • Critical care experience highly preferred Skills & Systems: • Prior experience with EPIC and Sensis strongly preferred • Strong clinical assessment and procedural support skills Education Requirements: • Required: Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) • Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Certifications & Licensure: • Active New Jersey RN license or multi-state compact license • BLS (AHA) • ACLS (AHA) • Telemetry For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
