Department: 36903 AMC Grafton - Cardiac Services: Interventional Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hours Per Week: 36 Schedule Details/Additional Information: • .9 FTE • The Cath lab is operational between 0600-1800 and will require varying start and end times. Shifts can be 8, 9 or 10-hour, per preference. • There will be call rotation for weeknights and weekends, averages 9-11 call shifts/per month and 2-3 holidays for call. Call rotation is one weeknight every 2 - 3 weeks, one weekend every 2 - 3 months, and one holiday every 1- 2 year. Must respond to call within 30 minutes. We value your insights and experiences because they help us grow stronger together We're Looking For: • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or within 6 months. • Previous experience in Cath/EP Lab is preferred; ER/ICU may be considered. What You'll Do: • As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. • Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
