Job Description & Requirements • Specialty: CDU - Clinical Decision Unit • Discipline: RN • Duration: Ongoing • 36 hours per week • Shift: 12 hours • Employment Type: Staff PAY: $33.00 – $52.80/hour (based on 2–20 years of experience) SIGN-ON BONUS: Up to $20,000 RELOCATION ASSISTANCE: Up to $2,500 reimbursement REGISTERED NURSE (RN) – CLINICAL DECISION UNIT (CDU) Location: TidalHealth Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire POSITION OVERVIEW The Clinical Decision Unit (CDU) Registered Nurse provides specialized nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures requiring continuous telemetry monitoring and limited critical infusions. The CDU RN delivers patient-centered care using ANA Standards and the Nursing Process while serving as a strong patient advocate in a fast-paced, clinically focused environment.
