What You'll Do:
• We have Full Time 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available.
• Competitive base pay of $41.44 - $42.56, with shift differentials up to $51.56 an hour!
As a Registered Nurse, you will be essential in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Conducting thorough patient assessments and crafting individualized care plans.
• Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as directed.
• Monitoring and documenting patient vital signs and medical information.
• Providing wound care and other necessary nursing interventions.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care delivery.
• Supervising and guiding LPNs and CNAs to ensure high-quality care.
