For a limited time Maine Health is offering a $10,000 Sign on bonus for all eligible Registered Nurses with 0-2 years of RN experience and $20,000 for Registered Nurses with greater than 2 years of RN work experience!
Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time RN position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.
Current Maine Health member employees are ineligible; former Maine Health Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.
We are seeking a dedicated Infusion/Oncology Educator to join our dynamic team in the coastal region of Midcoast - Maine. This role focuses on providing education, training, and support for nursing staff in infusion therapy and oncology care. The educator will collaborate with clinical teams to ensure evidence-based practices, promote professional development, and enhance patient outcomes. Ideal candidates have expertise in oncology or infusion nursing, a passion for teaching, and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
Summary
The Registered Nurse - Clinical Educator role is responsible for the implementation of clinical and non-clinical education. Develops, coordinates, and implements continuing education and in-service education for all clinical departments.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
• Education:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing/BSN required. Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• License/
Certifications:
Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
• Experience:
Demonstrated clinical expertise in direct patient care as normally acquired through a minimum of two years clinical experience and meets all the care delivery expectations of the expert clinical nurse within their clinical setting required. Experience in classroom instruction and/or clinical teaching associated with specialty specific setting preferred.
