Position SummaryThe RN Clinical Educator for the Clinical Support Team serves as an expert resource in clinical practice, staff development, and knowledge transition. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating education that promotes clinical competency, professional growth, and consistent practice standards across units and service lines. The educator partners closely with clinical leaders, frontline staff, and interdisciplinary teams to support onboarding, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Associates Degree in Nursing
• Experience: 4 years related experience, 2 years related experience
• Previous education experience strongly desired
• Licenses/Certifications: RN Licensure in the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
