You will review and validate patient information submitted during various visits, such as start of care or recertification, and facilitate effective communication among physicians, referral sources, patients, caregivers, and staff. Qualifications • Graduation from an approved nursing school • Current license to practice in your state, or in line with the nurse licensure compact • A minimum of two years of nursing experience • At least one year of experience in home health or hospice settings • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local home care regulations • Basic technology proficiency, including the use of mobile devices Preferred Qualifications • Management experience is a plus Requirements • A valid state driver's license • Current automobile liability insurance as per legal requirements • Reliable vehicle in good condition • Able to drive safely in various weather conditions Additional Information Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is an equal opportunity employer.
