Position Summary
TK Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as the Health Services Administrator (HSA) at Cass County Jail. In this leadership role, you will oversee daily medical operations, manage nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and act as the primary liaison between facility leadership and TK Health’s regional team.
This position offers the opportunity to lead clinical operations in a structured, secure correctional healthcare environment while practicing at the top of your license.
Key Responsibilities
• Direct and supervise all nursing services and health services administration
• Train, schedule, and evaluate nursing staff while maintaining appropriate staffing levels
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards
• Monitor quality assurance metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with custody leadership to support safe, efficient patient care
• Serve as the primary clinical point of contact for facility and regional leadership
