CVOR Nurse -$50,000.00 Sign-On-Bonus (for eligible candidates)

Full-time/Flex - Day/Evening shift - 72 hours bi-weekly (8hr and 12hr shifts) - start time 0630, 0700, 0730 or 0800. Monday-Friday but will require flexibility to work the Mid shifts and take Open Heart Call, as required.

We are currently recruiting for a full-time experienced Registered Nurse to work in our Operating Room on the Open Heart Team at Christiana Hospital in Newark, DE. The selected RN will be an upbeat Operating Room Registered Nurse with Open Heart experience who wants to be a part of a growing operating room team passionate about providing excellent clinical outcomes through caring service to our patients and their families. This position shift is predominately a Day/Evening shift and Monday-Friday but will require flexibility to work the Mid shifts and take Open Heart Call, as required.

Requirements:
• BSN preferred or Commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire can be considered with relevant experience.
• Current RN licensure required
• 3 years or more Operating Room experience required
• 2-3 years of Open Heart Team experience

The successful and CVOR-experienced candidate may be eligible for a $50,000 sign-on bonus to be paid over a period of 24 months

Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
