Registered Nurse (RN) Job Opportunity

Blue Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for our day shift in a skilled nursing / long-term care facility. This RN position offers daily pay, strong leadership support, and opportunities for career growth.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy per physician orders
• Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
• Document nursing care accurately in the EMR
• Coordinate care with physicians, LPNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate residents and families on care plans and health needs
• Ensure compliance with state and federal nursing regulations

Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements
• Active Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license - required
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Commitment to resident-centered nursing care
