Pay Range: $33/hour - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive, quality nursing care by monitoring, evaluating, and implementing patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Act as a key intermediary and advocate for patients and families, ensuring their concerns are heard and addressed, and providing essential health education.
• Coordinate daily patient flow and the patient experience, delivering safe and effective care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, care delivered, changes in condition, and patient education.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and professional growth.
• Foster the development of other nursing staff through mentorship and uphold the principles of shared governance.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
• Key Skills; Current RN license (Georgia or Compact State)
• BLS certification .
• Experience in dialysis or a related acute care specialty preferred
• Strong patient assessment, care coordination, and communication skills
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
• Licensure/Certification:
• Current RN License in the State of Georgia or Multi-State Compact.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Excellent patient assessment, critical thinking, and clinical judgment skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and patient/family education skills.
• Ability to prioritize, coordinate care, and function effectively within a team.
• Commitment to professional development, evidence-based practice, and upholding confidentiality and safety standards.
