Our facility delivers hospital-level services that are comparable to those provided on a medical-surgical unit. Our highly skilled interdisciplinary team is equipped to manage a wide range of complex medical needs, including intravenous therapy, surgical and wound care, tracheostomy management, mobility assistance, and the comprehensive oversight of lines, tubes, and drains./ppAs a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a healing environment focused on optimal recovery./ppPosition Highlights at a Glance:/pulliCaseload: ~7 patients/liliAverage Patient Length of Stay: 1014 days/liliConditions: Stroke, brain spinal cord injuries, cardiac, ortho, complex medical, and more/liliTeam Approach: Work closely with PT/OT/ST, physicians, case managers, respiratory therapy more/liliAdvanced Care: IVs, trachs, wound care, mobility support, lines, tubes, and drains/lili12-hour shifts, 3 days/week + rotating weekends/holidays (with added pay)/li/ulpWhat Youll Need:/pulliRN License (State of FL)/liliCPR required | ACLS BLS preferred/lili1+ year of RN experience preferred (Acute care a plus)/liliCRRN preferred/li/ulpReady to make a differenceand love where you work?
