Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - ECC Emergency Care

Registered Nurse (RN) - ECC Emergency Care at Yale New Haven Health summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) in Emergency Care is responsible for providing goal-directed, individualized nursing care in the emergency department, assessing patients' physical and psychological conditions continuously. The role requires adherence to hospital policies, participation in staff education, and collaboration with healthcare teams to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care. Candidates must have ED experience, proper nursing licensure, and certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and PALS within the required timeframe.

EDUCATION
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
EXPERIENCE
ED experience required
LICENSURE
Current state registration or eligibility to do so. BLS, ACLS Required. PALS certification must be obtained within 1 year of hire.
