St. Luke's Fruitland Emergency Department is in the West Treasure Valley and our only stand-alone emergency facility. Fruitland is a scenic rural town snuggled along the Snake River. It has many orchards that remain in the area adding to the country charm. The small rural community is part of an area that is growing and gives a small town feel with lots of amenities in town or just across the bridge in Oregon. Ongoing commercial development brings new jobs and growth to the area. The housing market remains stable compared to other areas of growth. What you can expect from this role • 3 RNs 24/7 with one of them as dedicated Charge Nurse • 2 RNs that come in and work shifts to help cover busier times • LAB, Medical Imaging, RT available 24/7 • Self-scheduling in 6-week blocks • This is a 0.6 Part-time night shift (4 shifts/pay period) • Certification pay available Qualifications • Education: Associate degree required, Bachelor of Nursing Degree preferred • Experience: 1+ year RN Experience; Emergency Nursing highly preferred • Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross What’s in it for you e’s, caring for people in the communities we serve is our mission – and this includes our own SLHS team.
