Patient Safety Nurse – Full-Time, Day Shift (White Plains, NY)

I’m recruiting for a Patient Safety Nurse to join a high-performing Emergency Department team in White Plains, NY on a Monday–Friday, 10a–6p schedule. No weekends. No holidays. Competitive salary range $117K–$154K .

What You’ll Do:

• Promote a culture of patient safety across the clinical team

• Lead clinical reviews, safety initiatives, drills, and education

• Serve as a patient safety advocate and mentor for nursing staff

• Support adverse event reviews, debriefings, and improvement planning

• Collaborate with leadership, Magnet program teams, providers, pharmacists, and more

• Provide occasional direct patient care (excluding Cath Lab)

What You’ll Need:

• NY RN license

• BSN required;
Master’s preferred

• 5+ years of nursing experience

• National certification (or within 1 year)

• Strong communication & teaching skills

• Experience in patient safety, simulation, or research is a big plus
