Registered Nurse (RN) - ER in Lincoln, ME

**ROLE – SPECIALTY** • *Schedule:** Days 10a-10p • *Assignment Details:** Contract Weeks: Not specified Guaranteed Hours: 40 • *Requirements:** - RN license - Maine or compact - BLS certification required - ACLS certification preferred - Immunizations required: - Varicella: 2 doses or titer - HepB: 3 doses or titer or declination - MMR: 2 doses or titer - Tdap - PPD 2 step or titer within past 12 months - Flu shot required during flu season - BSN preferred • *Roles & Responsibilities:** - Performs initial age-appropriate nursing assessment. - Completes ongoing age-appropriate reassessments. - Develops/implements plan of care based on patient needs and physician orders. - Communicates patient care activities to health care team members. - Administers drugs correctly utilizing the five rights through med verify. - Assesses nursing care throughout shift. • *Compliance / Notes:** Traveler will report to Human Resources on day 1 for onboarding process. Facility reserves the right to cancel up to 3 shifts within 12 weeks.
