How You Will Make a Difference:
• Provide direct, compassionate care to our patients and residents while ensuring the highest quality standards.
• Supervise daily activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Comply with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure all nursing personnel adhere to established policies and procedures.
What You Need to Make a Difference:
• Active RN license in the state of residence.
• Current CPR certification.
• Customer-service oriented with the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills while maintaining confidentiality.
