Job Responsibilities: • Deliver high-quality, resident-centered care in post-acute settings. • Coordinate with the care team to create personalized care plans. • Communicate care options clearly with medical staff, residents, and families. • Monitor vital signs and perform lab work as needed. • Administer medications and treatments to residents. • Document vital signs, interventions, and medical histories accurately. • Ensure effective operation of medical equipment. • Assist in incident investigations when necessary. • Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations regarding patient care. • Train nursing professionals and support staff as appropriate. • Follow and adhere strictly to resident care plans. Qualifications and Skills: • Current Pennsylvania state license as a Registered Nurse (RN). • Completion of an accredited nursing program. • Minimum of 6 months of nursing experience. • Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills. • Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
