Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality, resident-centered care in post-acute facilities as a Registered Nurse (RN) • Collaborate with the care team to develop personalized care plans for residents • Discuss various care options with medical staff, residents, and their families • Monitor vital signs and assist in laboratory work as required • Administer medications and treatments to residents • Document vital signs, nursing interventions, medical histories, and other pertinent information into resident records • Oversee the proper use of medical equipment and devices • Assist in staff training and incident investigations as needed • Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and standards of care • Support fellow nursing professionals and staff in accordance with scope of practice requirements • Consistently follow and implement resident care plans Qualifications and Skills: • Current Massachusetts state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) • Completion of an accredited nursing program • At least 6 months of relevant nursing experience • Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs Discover the flexibility, career support, and fulfilling job you deserve with IntelyCare.
