Job Responsibilities: • Deliver high-quality, resident-centered care in post-acute facilities • Coordinate with the care team to create personalized care plans for residents • Communicate care options with medical staff, residents, and their families • Monitor vital signs and perform lab work as needed • Administer medications and treatments to residents • Document nursing interventions, medical histories, and vital signs accurately • Ensure effective use of medical equipment and devices • Assist with incident investigations • Comply with all applicable laws and standards of care • Provide training to nursing professionals and support staff as required • Adhere to resident care plans and ensure accountability Qualifications: • Current Pennsylvania state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) • Successful completion of an approved nursing program • At least 6 months of experience as an RN or in a related role • Strong multitasking, organization, and communication skills • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs Get the Career Flexibility and Support You Deserve!
