Key Responsibilities: • Deliver exemplary, resident-centered care in post-acute settings • Collaborate with healthcare teams to craft tailored care plans • Communicate care options effectively with residents, families, and medical staff • Monitor vital signs and conduct lab work as necessary • Administer medications and treatments to residents • Maintain accurate records of vital signs and nursing interventions • Optimize the use of medical equipment • Participate in incident investigations • Adhere to all regulations, policies, and standards of care • Mentor nursing staff and other support roles as needed • Commit to following prescribed resident care plans Qualifications: • Current Massachusetts RN license • Completion of an accredited nursing program • At least 6 months of nursing or related experience • Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills • Physical ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs Experience real work-life balance by joining a company dedicated to putting your needs first.
