Your Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will primarily focus on ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. Your essential responsibilities include:
• Conducting thorough patient assessments and developing personalized care plans
• Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
• Monitoring and documenting patient vital signs and medical information
• Providing wound care and performing other essential nursing interventions
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
• Leading and mentoring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in providing excellent care

Rate of Pay: USD $41.44 - USD $51.56 /Hr.
Your Qualifications:
• Valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Genuine interest in providing nursing care for the aged and chronically ill
• Strong clinical skills along with keen critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
