Pay Range: The pay range for this role is $34.00 - $51.00, with the actual pay rate depending on experience.

Overview
As a Registered Nurse in the Float Emergency Unit, you will deliver exceptional nursing care by assessing patient needs, creating individualized care plans, and providing holistic support for patients and their families.
Your Responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding patient care by reviewing physician orders, collaborating with the healthcare team, and offering emotional and spiritual support to patients and their families.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans by obtaining comprehensive medical histories and documenting patient conditions.
• Educate patients and families about health care needs, pharmacotherapy, and self-care skills while remaining available to answer questions and provide resources.
• Evaluate patient outcomes by adhering to therapeutic standards and modifying care plans based on changing conditions.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment by following infection control protocols and legal regulations, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Document patient care accurately within medical records to maintain transparency and continuity.
• Ensure operational functionality of patient care equipment and maintain adequate supplies for optimal patient care.
• Work independently while demonstrating knowledge across various departments and adherence to nursing protocols.

Required Education, License, and Experience:
• Active RN License from the Board of Nursing in the state where you will practice (upon hire).
