The Clinical Support Unit (CSU) is a dynamic department that provides a high quality float experience to the departments and patients we serve. This requires nurses that are energetic, flexible and willing to support the mission of the organization. CSU float pool RNs maintain competencies for each unit supported, typically 3 skill sets are supported within one service line.
