Schedule Details:
• Self-Scheduling Available
• Shift: 3rd Shift (7 PM - 7:30 AM)
• FTE: 0.9 (12-hour shifts)
• Scheduling Needs: 2 Mondays & 2 Fridays every 6 weeks, 1 weekend every 6 weeks, and 2 holidays (1 summer & 1 winter)
As a Float Pool Registered Nurse, you will be engaged in various departments, including ED Boarding, Med/Surg, Telemetry, and ICU units, providing dynamic and adaptive nursing care throughout your shifts.
What You'll Do:
• Float between Med/Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units
• Deliver exceptional patient-centered care in a fast-paced and collaborative atmosphere
• Adapt seamlessly to a variety of workflows while ensuring high clinical standards of care
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 18 months of Med/Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred)
• Flexibility to adhere to a set 6-week schedule
Training & Skills:
• Training in ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound, and cross-training for Charge Nurse roles
