Willamette Valley Medical Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Float Pool. This union, full-time position is scheduled for 12-hour shifts (07:00-19:30) on days. Wage scale: $56. 65 - $78. 08 per hour.

Responsibilities
• The RN - Float Pool coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching, acts as a patient advocate, and collaborates with ancillary and non-nursing departments.
• Provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
• Achieves and maintains an appropriate nurse-to-patient ratio (4:1) and supports 12-hour shifts as part of the float pool operations.
Qualifications And Requirements
• Current state RN license.
• Bachelors degree or associate degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• One (1) to Two (2) years of bedside RN experience required.
• Two (2) to Four (4) years of critical care experience preferred.
