About this Job: FULL TIME NIGHTS MedStar Harbor Hospital Float Pool Summary • Float to a variety of units (Med Surg/Tele/Neuro/IMC/ICU and ED Boarders) • Pay based on working experience as a nurse plus hourly float pool differential, night differential (X 12 hours), weekend differential, hourly charge/preceptor pay. • Fully benefitted • Waterfront location • Magnet hospital Available Role: Full Time Nights: three 12-hour shifts & every 3rd weekend Key Responsibilities As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans. ACLS/NIHSS strongly preferred. • The ideal candidate will have worked as a travel nurse or multiple healthcare organizations. This position has a hiring range of : USD $41.96 - USD $59.91 /Yr.
