Position Summary:
RN is responsible for delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Directs and guides both patient teaching, activities of ancillary personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing. Must be able to float to at least 3 of the following units: ICU, Emergency, PCU, Acute Care, Women and Children Services, Observation or Behavioral Health.
• **Night Shift Position***
Minimum Qualifications:
• Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience: 1- 2 years minimum bedside RN experience required; 2- 4 years critical care experience preferred.
• License: Current RN license in state of practice.
• Certifications: BCLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred; Handle with Care preferred.
• Ability to complete the Skills Competency Checklist within 90 days of hire.
