Job specification Candidate requirements Job specification • Provide direct patient care in the emergency room, including triage, assessment, and treatment. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. • Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care. • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities. • Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and provide life-saving interventions. Candidate requirements • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. • 2 years of clinical nursing experience in an emergency room setting. • BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications are required. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
