How You Will Make a Difference: • Deliver direct and compassionate care to residents, ensuring the highest quality standards. • Supervise daily activities of assigned nursing assistants. • Comply with all Federal, State, and Local regulations and guidelines as required by the Director of Nursing. • Ensure all nursing personnel follow established facility policies and procedures. What You Need to Make a Difference: • Active RN license in your state of residence. • Current CPR Certification. • Strong customer service skills and the ability to perform under pressure. • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. • Strong technical, assessment, and documentation skills while maintaining confidentiality.
