Position Summary: As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for the assessment, implementation, and evaluation of care for a group of residents/patients during your shift. You will work under the supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, ensuring adherence to nursing standards and policies while maintaining a safe environment. Your leadership will be pivotal in supervising nursing assistants and ensuring high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities: • Provide compassionate and competent nursing care to residents/patients. • Conduct assessments and implement individualized care plans. • Supervise nursing staff and support their development. • Ensure compliance with all health regulations and standards. Requirements: • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN). • Current CPR certification is required. • Ability to operate medical equipment and accurately calculate drug dosages. • Positive communication skills with residents, families, and staff. • Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking). • Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new applications. • Experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment is preferred, with previous post-acute care experience being a plus.
