Schedule: • Full time and part time schedules available Summary: • Collaborate with a team to develop, implement, and review personalized care plans for residents • Evaluate patients to collect data, observe conditions, and report changes in condition. • Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols • Accurately document and maintain accurate records of medical information, care plans, and incidents to ensure regulatory compliance and consistency of care. • Communicate effectively with residents and residents' families • Advocate for residents' rights and preferences, ensuring their voices are heard and respected in all aspects of care. • Other duties as needed or assigned Qualifications: • Current Maine RN • Experience working within a nursing home, assisted living, or hospital (preferred)
